Responsibilities
- Assist in Weekend Operations: Support daily workflow execution for our weekend customer service and support teams.
- Data Management: Maintain and update internal databases and reporting tools with high accuracy.
- Customer Assistance: Provide tier-1 support to internal stakeholders and external clients via phone and email.
- Process Improvement: Identify bottlenecks in current weekend procedures and propose actionable solutions.
- Collaboration: Work closely with full-time staff to ensure seamless project transitions during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Enrollment: Currently enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program (High School diploma accepted for general internships).
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Technical Proficiency: Basic computer literacy and familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite.
- Reliability: A strong work ethic and the ability to work independently.
