Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily processing and verification of incoming data and customer records.
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries during evening hours.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date digital filing systems and databases.
- Collaborate with the morning shift team to ensure seamless workflow handovers.
- Perform basic quality assurance checks on assigned tasks.
- Assist in generating weekly reports and summarizing key metrics.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School Diploma or Associate’s Degree program.
- Ability to commit to a regular night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong typing speed and accuracy (minimum 40 WPM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- High attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
