As a Weekend Shift Intern, you will play a crucial role in maintaining our service standards during off-peak hours. You will work closely with our operations team to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to our quarterly growth targets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in managing weekend customer inquiries and support tickets with high efficiency and accuracy.
- Perform data entry, verification, and organization of client records and sales reports.
- Collaborate with the full-time team to prepare weekly summaries and project updates.
- Monitor system performance and report any technical anomalies or discrepancies immediately.
- Support the logistics of weekend events and office activities as needed.
- Conduct market research to identify trends relevant to our weekend service operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Summer/Fall 2024 start date).
- Must be available to work weekend shifts (Friday through Sunday) on a recurring basis.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Google Workspace.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
