Responsibilities
- Support Night Operations: Assist the team in managing daily workflows and ensuring 100% uptime during night shifts.
- Data Management: Accurately input and process data into our CRM and SEO tracking tools.
- Customer Assistance: Provide responsive support to clients via chat and email during evening hours.
- Content Optimization: Help optimize web content for search engines (SEO) based on daily performance reports.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the day-shift team to transfer critical information and handover tasks.
- Reporting: Generate weekly performance reports and identify areas for process improvement.
Qualifications
- Student Status: Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate program.
- Availability: Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 5 PM - 2 AM or similar).
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Attention to Detail: Ability to spot errors in data and provide accurate reporting.
- Time Management: Demonstrated ability to manage time effectively while balancing studies and work.
