Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze daily data streams during night operations to ensure accuracy.
- Perform high-volume data entry and maintenance of client records in the CRM system.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for internal staff and clients.
- Generate and review end-of-shift performance reports for management review.
- Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams during overlapping hours.
- Ensure strict compliance with company security and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a High School diploma or Associate’s degree.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (10 PM - 6 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
- Valid driver's license is a plus.
