Responsibilities
- Execute daily data entry tasks with a focus on 99% accuracy and efficiency.
- Monitor and respond to incoming support tickets and inquiries during evening hours.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless operational handovers.
- Generate and update performance reports and operational logs for management review.
- Assist in the maintenance of digital filing systems and inventory tracking.
- Participate in weekly intern training sessions to enhance technical and soft skills.
- Uphold company policies and safety protocols during night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Associates, Bachelors, or Masters) at an accredited college or university.
- Availability to work 3-4 nights per week (e.g., 6:00 PM - 2:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to work independently and remain focused in a low-light environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
