Responsibilities
- Assist in processing incoming orders and verifying inventory accuracy during night shifts.
- Provide exceptional customer support to internal and external stakeholders via phone and email.
- Monitor warehouse operations and report discrepancies or safety hazards immediately.
- Update and maintain digital records using our management software.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to ensure a seamless transition of duties.
- Participate in daily briefings and safety training sessions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Basic computer literacy (Microsoft Office Suite, email, and web browsers).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude.
