Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend management team in executing daily operations and ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Monitor performance metrics and prepare weekly reports on operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with cross-functional departments to support weekend projects and special events.
- Perform accurate data entry, file management, and administrative support tasks.
- Conduct market research and compile competitive analysis for internal review.
- Maintain a clean, organized work environment and strictly adhere to safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional support to both internal teams and external clients during peak weekend hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program (Junior or Senior year preferred).
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) for the duration of the summer.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a polished professional tone.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Reliable transportation and punctuality are mandatory.
- A proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and grow.
