Responsibilities
- Monitor and analyze operational data during night hours.
- Provide exceptional support to internal teams and clients.
- Assist in data entry, filing, and maintaining accurate records.
- Perform routine quality checks on ongoing projects.
- Communicate effectively with the day-shift leadership team.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program.
- Must be available to work a fixed night shift schedule.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
