Responsibilities
- Assist with Daily Operations: Support the weekend team in maintaining efficient workflow and handling incoming inquiries.
- Customer Support: Provide exceptional service to clients via phone and email during weekend shifts.
- Data Management: Accurately input and maintain customer records and operational data in our systems.
- Project Assistance: Collaborate on special weekend projects and help with administrative tasks.
- Inventory & Stock: Monitor stock levels and assist with inventory organization as needed.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a positive work environment.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in High School, College, or University.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Technical: Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel).
- Attitude: Proactive, reliable, and eager to learn new skills.
- Teamwork: Ability to work well in a fast-paced team environment.
