Responsibilities
- Monitor and manage incoming communications and data entry tasks during the night shift.
- Review and update customer records in our CRM systems to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate with day-shift supervisors to ensure a seamless handover of critical information.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance professional skills.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (preferred in Business, IT, or Communications).
- Ability to work a rotating night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-motivated with a high attention to detail.
