Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to incoming customer inquiries via email, chat, and phone during assigned night shift hours.
- Process and verify data entries with a high degree of accuracy to maintain client databases.
- Assist in troubleshooting basic technical issues and escalating complex cases to senior support staff.
- Collaborate with the day shift team to ensure seamless communication and continuity of service.
- Maintain a professional demeanor and adhere to company policies and compliance standards.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions to enhance operational knowledge.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate’s, or Bachelor’s degree program (Students Welcome).
- Must be available to work a minimum of 20-30 hours per week during summer months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Basic computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Reliable high-speed internet connection and a dedicated workspace.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during night hours.
