Responsibilities
- Monitor and optimize operational workflows during overnight shifts to ensure peak efficiency
- Analyze performance data to identify bottlenecks and implement improvement strategies
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to maintain seamless 24/7 operations
- Utilize inventory management systems to track and reconcile stock levels
- Document operational procedures and contribute to process documentation updates
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and innovation workshops
- Support emergency response protocols during overnight operational incidents
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university pursuing a degree in Operations Management, Supply Chain, Industrial Engineering, or related field
- Availability to work 3-4 overnight shifts per week (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and data visualization tools
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision during overnight hours
- Basic understanding of logistics principles or inventory management preferred
- Valid California driver's license may be required for facility access
