Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and office management.
- Conduct market research and compile data to support internal projects.
- Support the marketing department with social media content creation and basic graphic design.
- Organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems.
- Attend weekly team meetings and contribute to brainstorming sessions.
- Prepare presentation materials and reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school, college, or a recent graduate.
- Availability to work full-time (40 hours/week) during the summer months.
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Eagerness to learn new skills and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation to the Atlanta office.
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
