Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily administrative tasks and project coordination.
- Conduct market research and analyze data to support key business decisions.
- Help organize and maintain digital and physical filing systems for better efficiency.
- Participate in team meetings and contribute fresh ideas to ongoing projects.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide exceptional support via email and phone.
- Shadow senior employees to gain insights into industry best practices.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or a college/university degree program.
- Must be available to work 20-30 hours per week during the summer months.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional demeanor.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- A high level of enthusiasm, adaptability, and a genuine desire to learn.
