Responsibilities
- Assist the administrative team with daily operations, filing, and data management.
- Conduct market research and compile reports to support marketing campaigns.
- Attend weekly team meetings and take detailed minutes.
- Support client relations by answering phones, managing emails, and scheduling appointments.
- Organize and maintain office supplies and inventory systems.
- Assist in the planning and execution of summer company events.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in high school or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- No prior work experience required (we provide full training).
- Strong communication skills and a professional demeanor.
- Ability to work full-time during the summer months (May – August).
- Proficiency in basic computer applications (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and eager to learn.
