Responsibilities
- Support warehouse operations during peak night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Assist with inventory management using WMS systems
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for seamless order fulfillment
- Document operational metrics and generate performance reports
- Participate in process improvement initiatives
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Support transportation coordination for inbound/outbound shipments
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college/university (Sophomore level or higher)
- Major in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, or related field
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts per week (minimum 20 hours)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Excellent communication skills in English
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license preferred but not required
