Responsibilities

- Document operational metrics and prepare shift reports
- Train on safety protocols and emergency response procedures
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in bachelor's program in Operations, Logistics, or related field
- Availability to work 40 hours/week on night shift schedule (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Basic proficiency in WMS or inventory management software
- Ability to thrive in fast-paced, high-pressure environments
- Valid driver's license preferred
- Experience with lean manufacturing principles a plus
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
