Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate product flow during night operations
- Conduct quality assurance checks and document discrepancies
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, scanners) with safety protocols
- Analyze operational data to identify efficiency improvements
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on shift handovers
- Implement Lean Six Sigma principles under supervision
- Maintain accurate digital and physical inventory records
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or related field
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (minimum 24 hours)
- Basic proficiency with WMS (Warehouse Management Systems) or ERP software
- Ability to lift 40 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Valid California driver's license preferred (not required)
- Open to Illinois-based students with relocation flexibility
