Responsibilities
- Assist the weekend operations team with inventory management and stock organization to ensure accuracy.
- Monitor daily warehouse activities to ensure strict adherence to safety and security protocols.
- Support customer service operations by processing inquiries and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Assist in preparing shipping documents, labels, and packing slips for weekend deliveries.
- Collaborate with team leads to identify process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Conduct routine checks on equipment and report maintenance needs promptly.
- Perform light physical tasks, including lifting up to 25 lbs, as required by the role.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) during the summer months.
- Strong communication skills and a professional attitude towards team members and clients.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and perform physical tasks as required by the role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
