Responsibilities
- Assist in monitoring and reporting on nightly operational metrics and KPIs.
- Perform accurate data entry and validation tasks for inventory management.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift team during shift handovers.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace during night operations.
- Support the logistics team with label generation and shipment tracking.
- Answer incoming calls and route queries to the appropriate department.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a high school diploma program or pursuing a Bachelor’s degree.
- Available to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and have a valid driver's license.
