Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate warehouse receiving/shifting activities
- Assist with outbound order processing and shipping documentation
- Operate warehouse equipment (RF scanners, forklifts with certification)
- Support cycle count accuracy and inventory reconciliation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on operational improvements
- Document daily operations and generate shift performance reports
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and company policies
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in 2+ year college program (business, logistics, operations, or related field)
- Availability for 3-4 night shifts per week (minimum 20 hours)
- Basic computer proficiency with MS Office Suite
- Valid driver's license (required for equipment operation)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to Piedmont Road NE location
