Responsibilities
- Monitor and update warehouse management systems in real-time during night operations.
- Perform accurate data entry for incoming shipments and inventory logs.
- Assist with the loading and unloading of trucks to maintain inventory flow.
- Conduct nightly inventory counts and report discrepancies immediately.
- Ensure the workspace is clean, organized, and adheres to safety protocols.
- Communicate effectively with morning shift supervisors to ensure smooth transitions.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently completed a degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Administration.
- Willingness to work rotating night shifts (10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Tampa facility.
