Responsibilities
- Monitor inventory management systems and update stock levels in real-time.
- Assist the night operations team with order picking, packing, and labeling.
- Perform accurate data entry for daily shipping manifests and logs.
- Conduct quality assurance checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Collaborate with warehouse staff to ensure smooth workflow during peak evening hours.
- Generate and submit daily performance reports to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate, Bachelor’s, or Graduate degree program (Must start Summer or Fall 2024).
- Must be available to work evening shifts (typically 4:00 PM – 12:00 AM).
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 lbs for short periods.
