Responsibilities
- Assist the operations team with daily warehousing and inventory management tasks.
- Process incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Maintain accurate digital records and update stock databases in real-time.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve logistical challenges.
- Ensure the warehouse and office areas adhere to safety and cleanliness standards.
- Perform basic data entry, reporting, and administrative support duties.
- Learn and apply industry best practices for supply chain efficiency.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Supply Chain, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Strong computer proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- High level of attention to detail and organizational skills.
- A positive attitude and a strong desire to learn.
