Responsibilities
- Perform high-volume data entry and record-keeping tasks with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Assist in the night inventory management and stock reconciliation processes.
- Conduct quality control checks on incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Communicate effectively with the day shift transition team to ensure continuity of operations.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Monitor operational metrics and prepare daily performance reports.
- Support team members in resolving operational issues during peak hours.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (Associates, Bachelors, or Technical).
- Available to work rotating night shifts (typically 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of supply chain or logistics concepts is a plus.
- Must be able to pass a background check.
