Responsibilities
- Assist the logistics team with daily tracking, data entry, and inventory management.
- Analyze supply chain reports to identify operational efficiencies and cost-saving opportunities.
- Coordinate with warehouse staff to ensure accurate stock levels and timely processing of orders.
- Maintain and update digital records of shipments and customer interactions.
- Support the operations manager in preparing weekly summaries and project presentations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an undergraduate program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Major in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
