Responsibilities
- Assist the logistics team with daily supply chain operations and inventory management.
- Conduct accurate data entry and maintain updated records in the company database.
- Prepare weekly reports and assist in analyzing operational efficiency metrics.
- Support customer service representatives with order processing and inquiries.
- Monitor shipping schedules and track deliveries using internal software.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and training sessions on safety and compliance.
- Help organize and maintain the warehouse office space and supply inventory.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree program (Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field preferred).
- Must be available to work full-time or part-time during the summer months (May through August).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Willingness to learn new systems and adapt to changing priorities.
