Responsibilities
- Assist the Operations team with daily logistics tasks and data entry.
- Conduct market research and analyze supply chain trends to support business strategy.
- Prepare weekly reports and presentations for departmental management.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline workflow processes.
- Maintain accurate digital and physical filing systems for client records.
- Shadow senior staff during client meetings to observe professional negotiations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Junior or Senior standing preferred).
- Minimum cumulative GPA of 3.0 required.
- Must be available for a full-time commitment over the summer months (12 weeks).
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
