Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily operations and management of high-traffic customer service areas.
- Provide exceptional support to guests and clients, ensuring a world-class experience.
- Handle cash transactions and point-of-sale operations with 100% accuracy.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement new operational procedures.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Participate in ongoing training sessions and skill-building workshops.
- Monitor inventory levels and report discrepancies to management immediately.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (or recent graduate).
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Strong interpersonal and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Reliable transportation to and from the Las Vegas location.
- Proficient in basic computer applications and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting.
