Responsibilities
- Support guest services and check-in/check-out procedures during overnight hours
- Assist with event setup, venue maintenance, and security patrols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless operations
- Monitor facility systems and report maintenance needs promptly
- Handle guest inquiries with professionalism and problem-solving skills
- Participate in inventory management and operational audits
- Document shift activities and prepare daily reports
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a college/university program (any major)
- Availability to work 3-4 night shifts weekly (11 PM - 7 AM)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Basic computer proficiency (MS Office Suite)
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Flexible schedule for summer duration (June-August)
- Must be 18+ years old
