Responsibilities
- Assist in daily front-of-house operations and guest service initiatives.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and event spaces.
- Support the setup and breakdown of special events and private functions.
- Handle point-of-sale transactions and manage cash handling protocols.
- Conduct market research and assist with social media content creation.
- Collaborate with the kitchen and service staff to ensure seamless service.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program.
- Must be available to work weekends and evening shifts during the summer.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a customer-first mindset.
- Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Energetic, reliable, and eager to learn in a fast-paced environment.
