Responsibilities
- Operational Support: Assist the night management team in monitoring daily operations and ensuring all protocols are followed.
- Data Management: Accurately process data entry, maintain logs, and update digital records during off-peak hours.
- Customer Assistance: Provide support to internal teams and resolve minor operational issues efficiently.
- Reporting: Prepare daily briefings and reports summarizing night-shift activities and findings.
- Cross-Training: Shadow senior staff to understand different departments and workflow processes.
- Inventory Checks: Conduct routine inventory audits for night supplies and materials.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Freshman to Junior standing).
- Credit Requirement: Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Schedule: Availability to work rotating night shifts (6:00 PM - 2:00 AM) during the summer months.
- Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills.
