Responsibilities
- Assist Development Teams: Support software engineers in coding, debugging, and testing web applications and mobile platforms.
- Participate in Agile Meetings: Attend daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives to contribute to project timelines.
- Conduct Research: Perform market and competitive research to identify new trends and technologies relevant to our products.
- Create Documentation: Write clear and concise technical documentation, user guides, and API documentation.
- Quality Assurance: Perform basic quality assurance testing to ensure software functionality and user experience are optimal.
- Collaborate: Work closely with cross-functional teams including designers, product managers, and marketing specialists.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Academic Standing: Must be able to verify enrollment and eligibility for academic credit (minimum 2.5 GPA preferred).
- Technical Skills: Familiarity with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, or Python is a strong plus.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Problem Solving: Demonstrated ability to troubleshoot issues and think critically under pressure.
- Availability: Must be available to work a minimum of 20 hours per week during the semester.
