- Screen resumes and coordinate interview schedules for open technical positions.
- Manage and grow social media presence to drive brand awareness.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and generate weekly performance reports.
- Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and marketing collateral.
- Support the daily operations of the recruitment team and attend team meetings.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or IT preferred).
- Strong understanding of social media platforms and digital trends.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a professional tone.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
