Responsibilities
- Assist the marketing and development teams in executing daily operations and special projects.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to support strategic decision-making.
- Create and update digital content, including blog posts and social media updates.
- Attend team meetings, take detailed minutes, and prepare meeting summaries.
- Perform data entry and maintain accurate records in CRM systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues and improve processes.
- Support the coordination of summer events and team-building activities.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program in Marketing, Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong academic performance (GPA 3.0 or higher preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a part-time setting.
- Enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn new skills.
- Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing principles is a plus.
