Responsibilities
- Monitor and respond to support tickets and internal communications during overnight shifts.
- Perform high-volume data entry and verification to ensure 99.9% accuracy.
- Conduct routine system checks and perform basic troubleshooting to ensure 24/7 uptime.
- Collaborate with the day-shift team to document overnight findings and handover logs.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to adhere to safety and security protocols.
- Assist in the development of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for night operations.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program or recently graduated (Summer/Fall 2024 or 2025).
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong typing speed and attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
