Responsibilities
- Assist in processing incoming data and maintaining accurate digital records.
- Communicate with team members and support staff via phone and email during night operations.
- Monitor system performance and report any discrepancies or technical issues.
- Support the night lead with administrative tasks and daily reporting.
- Ensure strict adherence to company policies and safety protocols.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a High School, Associate, or Bachelor’s degree program.
- Must be available to work night shifts (e.g., 6:00 PM – 2:00 AM).
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
