Responsibilities
- Monitor and troubleshoot system alerts and emails received during the night shift.
- Perform accurate data entry and verification for daily reports and databases.
- Assist in resolving incoming customer inquiries via chat and email with a focus on accuracy and speed.
- Collaborate with the morning operations team to ensure a seamless handover of daily tasks.
- Conduct basic research on market trends to support internal strategy meetings.
- Update and maintain digital filing systems and internal documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in or recently graduated with a High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Must be available to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM).
- Basic computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
- Reliable internet connection (if working remotely in Texas).
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
