Responsibilities
- SEO & Content: Assist the marketing team in conducting keyword research, analyzing competitor backlinks, and optimizing web content for search engines.
- Recruiting Support: Support technical recruiters in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn, screening resumes, and coordinating interview schedules.
- ATS Management: Manage the Applicant Tracking System by updating job postings, tracking candidate progress, and maintaining accurate data records.
- Social Media: Contribute to social media campaigns by creating engaging posts and monitoring engagement metrics.
- Market Research: Perform research on industry trends to help refine our recruitment strategies and marketing funnels.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace.
- SEO Knowledge: Familiarity with SEO concepts (keywords, meta tags) is a strong plus but not mandatory.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a professional tone.
- Detail-Oriented: Ability to manage multiple tasks and adhere to strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
