Responsibilities

- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process for technical and marketing roles.
- Create engaging, SEO-optimized content for social media channels and company blogs.
- Optimize job postings and internal documentation to improve visibility on search engines.
- Manage candidate pipelines, screen resumes, and schedule interviews.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute digital campaigns and SEO strategies.
- Track project milestones and provide weekly progress reports.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, Business, HR, or Communications preferred).
- Strong interest in SEO, Digital Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Basic understanding of HTML or web development concepts is a plus.
