We are seeking a motivated Technical Recruiter and SEO Specialist to join our dynamic team in Phoenix, AZ and California. This is a unique hybrid role where you will learn the ins and outs of talent acquisition and digital marketing simultaneously.

Responsibilities
- Conduct keyword research and analysis to support SEO strategies for our client recruitment campaigns.
- Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates for technical and marketing roles using LinkedIn and other platforms.
- Post and manage job listings on various job boards and social media channels.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance data to identify improvement areas.
- Collaborate with the team to develop compelling job descriptions and content.
- Attend virtual networking events and webinars to represent the company.
- Provide administrative support for the recruitment office.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's or Associate's degree program (rising Junior or Senior preferred).
- Strong interest in Recruiting, Marketing, or Human Resources.
- Basic understanding of SEO concepts and tools is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Self-starter attitude with the ability to work independently.
- Availability to work Immediate Hire status for the Summer 2024 term.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
