Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive market research and competitor analysis to identify new SEO opportunities.
- Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter and major job boards.
- Optimize website content, meta tags, and internal links to improve search engine rankings.
- Coordinate interview schedules, prepare candidate materials, and support the hiring team.
- Analyze web traffic data and recruitment metrics to provide actionable insights.
- Manage social media engagement to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree program (Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and on-page optimization.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
