Responsibilities
- Recruitment Support: Assist in screening resumes and conducting initial outreach to candidates for technical and marketing roles.
- SEO Execution: Support the SEO team with keyword research, on-page optimization, and technical audits of our company website.
- Social Media Management: Create engaging content for LinkedIn, Instagram, and Twitter to attract top talent and brand awareness.
- Content Creation: Write blog posts and LinkedIn articles focused on industry trends and career advice.
- Data Management: Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and CRM databases accurately.
- Market Research: Analyze competitors and industry trends to help shape our recruitment strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, Communications, Business, or HR preferred).
- Technical Skills: Basic knowledge of SEO tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) or recruiting platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter) is a plus but not required.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Organization: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Availability: Must be available for a minimum of 15-20 hours per week, including some flexibility for evening availability.
- Location: Must reside in or near Charlotte, NC, or willing to work remotely from Georgia.
