- Support the recruiting team in sourcing candidates on LinkedIn and social media platforms.
- Write and edit high-quality blog posts and landing page copy.
- Monitor website performance and analyze traffic trends using Google Analytics.
- Manage social media calendars and engage with our online community.
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities for growth.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree program (Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field).
- Basic understanding of SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Strong written communication skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, LinkedIn).
