Responsibilities
- Assist the technical recruiting team in sourcing candidates through LinkedIn, Indeed, and social media platforms.
- Conduct initial phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Support the SEO department with keyword research, competitor analysis, and content auditing.
- Write and optimize job descriptions and website copy for maximum search visibility.
- Maintain and update applicant tracking systems (ATS) and candidate databases.
- Analyze recruitment metrics and SEO performance reports to suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business, or Information Technology.
- Strong understanding of basic SEO principles and search engine algorithms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
