Responsibilities
- Provide Tier 1 technical support for internal systems and user inquiries via remote channels
- Monitor network infrastructure, servers, and cloud services during overnight hours
- Document incidents, resolutions, and maintenance activities using ITSM tools
- Assist with hardware/software deployments, updates, and patch management
- Collaborate with global teams during system outages and scheduled maintenance windows
- Participate in security audits and compliance checks as directed
- Contribute to knowledge base articles and process improvements
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- Basic knowledge of Windows/Linux operating systems and networking fundamentals
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and problem-solve under pressure
- Strong attention to detail and documentation habits
- Availability to work flexible overnight shifts (12 AM - 8 AM)
- CompTIA A+ or similar certification preferred (not required)
