You will play a vital role in ensuring our evening operations run smoothly and efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and process incoming communications and inquiries during the evening shift.
- Assist in the accurate entry and organization of daily operational data.
- Collaborate with the night shift team to resolve operational challenges.
- Perform quality assurance checks on assigned tasks and reports.
- Provide basic support to customer service needs during peak hours.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace.
- Adhere to all company safety protocols and procedures.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in an accredited college or university program.
- Must be eligible to receive college credit for the internship.
- Ability to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and data entry.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Reliable transportation to the Fort Worth facility.
- Basic understanding of logistics or customer service concepts is a plus.
