Responsibilities
- Inventory Management: Assist in the organization, stocking, and inventory counts for the weekend shifts.
- Customer Support: Serve as the primary point of contact for weekend customer inquiries and issue resolution.
- Data Entry: Accurately input shipping data, tracking information, and inventory logs into the company database.
- Order Fulfillment: Support the logistics team in preparing and packaging orders for weekend dispatch.
- Store Operations: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment during weekend operations.
- Reporting: Compile weekly reports on weekend activity and submit them to the shift supervisor.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in a college or university program (undergraduate or graduate) seeking college credit.
- Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) on a consistent basis.
- Skills: Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
- Technical: Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) and email communication.
- Physical: Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
