We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Summer Intern to join our night shift operations team in Fort Worth, TX. This is a unique opportunity to earn valuable college credit while gaining hands-on experience in the fast-paced logistics and supply chain industry.
As a Night Shift Intern, you will support our 24/7 fulfillment center, ensuring inventory accuracy and operational efficiency during our peak hours. You will work alongside experienced professionals who are dedicated to mentoring the next generation of logistics leaders.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and operate automated sorting and packaging machinery during the night shift.
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies with high accuracy.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or quality issues.
- Assist in maintaining a clean, safe, and organized workspace in compliance with safety protocols.
- Document operational data and report any equipment malfunctions to the shift supervisor.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve workflow bottlenecks.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a degree program (High School Diploma or GED required).
- Availability to work night shifts (e.g., 9:00 PM - 5:00 AM).
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Basic computer proficiency (Microsoft Office Suite).
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
